As an Audit Manager you will be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of a diverse client portfolio
- Provide technical and project management skills to team members for Bookkeeping and Accounting projects as well as Audit engagements
- Acting as a project manager where you will multitask on multiple projects, from supervision, budgeting and planning, to ensuring staffing and coordination needs are met
- Ensuring Quality Assurance needs are met on your client portfolio
- Working on advisory projects to support the growing advisory division
- Continually maintaining a positive client relationship and identifying possible new business opportunities with existing clients
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of tenders
Desired experience
- Internationally Recognised Accountancy Qualification CPA/ CA / ACCA or AA certification or relevant Masters Degree in Finance
- 5+ years working within an Audit firm
- Current experience of accounting and financial reporting standards including IFRS
- Dutch passport or right to work in Dutch Caribbean
- Proficiency in English
