The ideal profile:
- Professional Certification: ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification is required.
- External audit experience gained with Big Four/Top 10 international practice
- Financial Services experience preferred
- Audit Experience: Minimum of 2 – 3 years post qualification progressive audit experience, preferably in a reputable audit firm.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with international auditing standards (IFRS) and regulatory frameworks governing financial services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Team Player: Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset.
