Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects in a variety of corporate finance services, such as mergers and acquisitions, valuations, business modelling, and due diligence.
  • Prepare comprehensive and client-focused reports.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow professionally.
  • Identify and present potential business opportunities to clients, actively participating in presentations and workshops.

Must-have Requirements: 

  • You have at least 6 years of experience in corporate finance – ideally with Valuations and/or Due Diligence experience.
  • You hold Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • You demonstrate a strong business sense and the ability to identify business development opportunities.
  • You are fluent in English, with proficiency in any other European language considered a valuable asset.
