Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects in a variety of corporate finance services, such as mergers and acquisitions, valuations, business modelling, and due diligence.
- Prepare comprehensive and client-focused reports.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow professionally.
- Identify and present potential business opportunities to clients, actively participating in presentations and workshops.
Must-have Requirements:
- You have at least 6 years of experience in corporate finance – ideally with Valuations and/or Due Diligence experience.
- You hold Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- You demonstrate a strong business sense and the ability to identify business development opportunities.
- You are fluent in English, with proficiency in any other European language considered a valuable asset.
