What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage a portfolio of audit clients, reporting directly to the Principles and Partners.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Oversee the planning and execution of audits, ensuring compliance with methodology and auditing standards.
- Review audit team deliverable and monitor projects to stay within time and budget constraints.
- Prepare key deliverable, including audit closing reports.
- Present audit findings at Committee and Board meetings as needed.
- Provide leadership, training, and on-the-job feedback to the audit team.
- Foster motivation, collaboration, and a sense of shared goals among team members.
Requirements:
- Proven technical expertise in accounting and auditing.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting (or related discipline) and CA qualification.
- 5-7 years experience, of which 2-3 years of experience working as a Manager; leading and managing engagements
- Experience as performance manager and offers excellent communication
- Working on multiple clients simultaneously, either in a mid-tier or big four firm
- Experience in servicing a portfolio of clients across various industries
- Proven experience in one of the following markets: Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, UK, Europe.
- A passion for helping clients succeed.
- A valid driver’s license.
