– The team provides international payroll solutions to a varied mix of clients across multiple sectors
– Enjoy the challenge of working on many large international clients
– Manage and maintain the international controls framework including local in-country service providers
– Coordinate & liase with ISAE3402 auditor to ensure the certification meets requirements
– Build relationships with clients, local providers, service delivery teams to ensure common goals achieved.
– Manage all planning, budgeting and scope and compliance with SLAs
– Develop innovative solutions to issues
– Thrive on the fast paced, consistently changing environment.

– Be involved in business development
Requirements
– Relevant professional qualification – CA/ACA/ACCA/CPA or other relevant qualification or Degree in Finance or Business Administration
– Currently working in a similar outsourced service delivery or payroll team at Manager level or above in a professional services/ consultancy/accountancy firm. Alternatively an audit background with experience of payroll in UK or elsewhere
– International payroll controls experience is helpful but not necessary
– Experience of ISAE3402 either implementation or reporting on controls at a service organization would be good
– CIPP Certification would be a distinct advantage
– Drive and ability to work in a fast moving environment and ability to manage multiple priorities
– Experience of working in a similar market
