The Opportunity in Cayman!
A well-established insolvency firm seeks an experienced Insolvency Senior to lead and manage insolvency and restructuring assignments including:
- Lead and oversee insolvency, liquidation, restructuring, and corporate recovery forensic assignments.
- Manage the winding-up process, including asset realisation, distribution to creditors, and statutory reporting.
- Collaborate with legal teams, creditors, and other stakeholders to deliver strategic solutions.
- Provide expert advice to clients and be aware of strategies/plans for engagements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local and international regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, fostering relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
The ideal applicant:
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA, JIEB, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a client-focused approach.
