In this role you will join a company comprised of over 120 multicultural and dedicated teammates and as a member of this team, you will work with a diverse portfolio of national and international clients, depending on your experience and expertise.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing audit services to clients, primarily legal and contractual audits, either under the guidance of a manager or in collaboration with a partner. You will also play an active role in organizing and supervising audit assignments, including team management, implementation of mandates, and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients is essential in this role, and your ability to anticipate and meet their needs will be highly valued. You will also contribute to developing BDO’s portfolio of mandates through your proactivity and professionalism.
To be considered for this position, you must have a Master’s degree, preferably with an option in audit or control, as well as at least 2 years of experience in External Audit in Luxembourg. Fluency in English and French/German, excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage unexpected situations are also required.
Additionally, you must possess exceptional talent in training, motivating, and developing employees, as you will be evaluated on the success of your team.
