- Provide Mergers and Acquisitions assistance and advice
- Work on buy outs, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, IPOS and other transactions
- Provide support from analysis of strategy, deal evaluation through to project completion
- Carry out due diligence investigations
- Identify opportunities and risks and produce accounting reports to secure investment
- Build rapport and provide excellent client service
Requirements
- Recently qualified accountant ACA/CA/ACCA/CPA or the equivalent
- Due Dilligence experience
- At least 5 years current/recent professional practice experience, with over 12 months in Transaction Services/ Due Diligence
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
